This isn’t just a five-course meal—it’s a celebration of community and creativity in a space adorned with fresh flowers and designer tableware. • We’ll begin with introductions over a glass of wine, vermouth, or spritz, paired with handmade grissini or small bites like bruschette and olives. This is a unique Italian cooking class, I will open my house located in an elegant palace located in one of the most prestigious areas in the center of Milan, full of art paintings and antique furniture that come from the family Palladian Palace, you will taste there mouth-watering traditional Italian dishes and recipes that you have prepared: pasta ravioli and tiramisu. I will teach you how to make the most famous and delicious noodles and ravioli with filling from a Michelin chef's recipe, the secrets of the unique and classic tiramisu, a family recipe that follows that of its only creator: a soft, sweet, tasty and unique tiramisu!!! Very easy to reach: subway blue line just 20 meters from the Coni Zugna -Via Foppa stop. Cooking for one's family is a tradition handed down for generations. When Grandma Bruna is too tired she will be replaced by her daughter or grandchildren. 12 hours in advance we will send an email with the name of the teacher, but if you want only Grandma Bruna as teacher I cannot assure 12 hours in advance.

THIS IS A FRIENDLY COOKING EXPERIENCE. You'll be welcomed into a cozy Italian home for discover how to make easily homemade Italian food. I'll share with you the secrets of my grandmother and my family for easily making delicious homemade pasta: tortelli, fettuccine or spaghetti, rigatoni, garganelli and other typical kinds of pasta with wheat flour (with eggs or water), delicious sauces and tasty bruschette classic and with Sicilian touch. And, Dulcis in Fundo (last but not least), I will reveal the recipe for my special tiramisù with Sicilian ingredients. We will spend together a great and funny culinary time, taste our delicious food and sharing stories, especially about food, which is one of favorite topics in Italy. Walking food tour and local history

We will start your food journey in the Brera neighborhood, one of Milan’s hippest area. We will cross narrow and intimate streets of this hystorical and artistic area. We will have a tour of the court of Pinacoteca di Brera (fine art gallery) where I will talk you some true secrets of the place and some interesting curiosity about the lovely Braidense Library dated 1770. Then, slowly we will see some other nice views on the way. After this warming walk, you will be ready to sample local delicacies such as focaccia, pizza, Venetian snack or ham and cheese with a glass of wine… and get their history as well ! And after the savoury snacks.....of course yes, a great gelato italiano - probably the best you ever had! And if you are not full, another couple of sweet treats! All this through a 3h walks where you can ask me almost any kind of Italian food information! This experience can start with a minimum of 2 persons and normally max 14 ! I miei ospiti saranno accolti in una casa tipica italiana, un ex fienile di paese, chiamato il "Looch", tradotto in italiano grandi prati. Secondo le condizione atmosferiche, riceverò gli ospiti in casa, o possibilmente all'esterno. Uno di miei terrazzi si affaccia su un bellissimo prato con vista del campanile di Cardano, l'altro confina con il fiume Sanagra. Con questo quadro idilliaco, preparerò con amore e "savoir faire" la colazione ricca e naturale il più possibile. Più che una colazione sarà un opportunità di scambi di lingue, mi piace condividere il dialetto madre, e le tradizione locale. Il mio punto forte é rapportarmi con i miei ospiti sulle preparazione casalinghe, commentare e scambiare opinioni. Il mese di dicembre, assembleremo una casetta di pane di zenzero che vi porterete a casa.

Cooking with a Chef

The class is intended to be as professional as relaxed as possible. Partecipants could be up to 20ppl. We will learn how to prepare 3 typical dishes of italian tradition (main course, starter and dessert), for example gnocchi or tagliatelle or risotto, tiramisù, bruschetta or parmigiana. Partecipants will be able to deal with all preparations assisted by me, ask questions and take notes ending with a dinner matched with good italian wines. All recipes will come along with the class, so everybody joining will be able to recreate all preparations at home for family and friends.

Vi ricevo a casa mia, una casa tipica lombarda ricavata da un fienile/legnaia, una casa arredata con i mobili della nonna, ai quale ho dato una seconda vita aggiungendo il mio tocco personale. Vi preparerò un antipasto di bruschette varie per socializzare, poi serviró un piatto di lasagne al pesto con la pasta fresca fatta in casa. Avrete l'opportunità d'imparare a stendera la pasta e condividerò con voi la mia passione della cucina e le tradizione locali . Chiuderemo con un dolce, idealmente con l'urtadel tipico di questa zona, oppure con una delle mie torte del momento.

Mamma Mia Bake The Real Italian Pizza

You ll come to place and we ll start with a quick toast to break the ice. We ll start with the theory and the history of pizza and all the differences between the different types existing in Italy. After explaining to you the basics and what to do, we ll start cooking :) and each participant will make his own part according to my suggestions. When everything is ready and while waiting for the pizza to be done, we ll have the possibility to keep tasting our delicious italian wine. At the end of the lunch/dinner everyone will vote the other participants' work and we will elect the best perfomer of the evening/day. During the experience, we ll take some pics as souvenir or to be posted in your socials.
